    Know Before You Go.
    • Parking will be available in the deck adjacent to The Revelry. (3 hours free plus $4 per hour after).
    • We suggest staying at The Charlotte Marriott City Center: 100 W Trade St, Charlotte, NC 28202- Most guests are staying here!
    • After the event, there is a bar called "Room Service"" next door to The Revelry, for extended celebration!
    • Remember- Uber is our friend!
    With a record number of project entries, as well as record breaking attendance, the 2024 RotY Awards and Evening of Excellence Celebration is sold out! 

    This is an evening of celebration! We start with the CotY/RotY's. The Contractor of the Year Awards has been rebranded to the Remodeler of the Year Awards, or RotY for short. It is truly “The Oscars of the Remodeling Industry" as we recognize and celebrate excellence in remodeling in the Charlotte market. We also celebrate wins for the President's Chapter Awards, People's Choice Awards, and Superlative Awards!
